5.01.8/The photography was decent and value for money, but it surely wasn't the best in class.
More than the photography, the production of the album and the DVD was really lacking in quality. I had to personally spend my own time in designing the album. I had to intervene a lot in the DVDs too, but the photographer lost patience and I eventually had to accept a sub-standard quality video.
As part of the package, the photographer has promised frames too. Despite agreeing on the frame designs (I have Whatsapp proofs), he changed the frame designs without taking my consent. Now, the frames don't suit the walls in my house at all. Also, after 3 months, the pictures started getting curves, which means he has used poor quality paper too. Also, I got the album 10-12 months after the wedding, the DVDs a few months post that and the frames also around the same time. I waited this long to post the review so that he doesn't spoil the balance work left with him.
Highly unsatisfactory experience against the promises he had made.
