5.01.0/Arcus photography took the responsibility to take photos and videos of our wedding. It's been 1yr he could not deliver it. He took the payment on wedding day. Used to receive calls initially. Now has blocked my number. As I don't stay in kolkata its very difficult to reach him. He ran away with my money.

5.01.0/Worst Experience ever. Very unprofessional people.
A guy called Amit from Arcus photography took responsibility for a wedding reception. He got my contact from canvera. He took 30% advance amount from me before the event and 50% amount on the day of the event. After the event on 7dec 2017, he's not receiving our calls neither replying to our messages. It's been 4 months he's not replying neither giving us our photos, videos and album as discussed. Infact he is using our picture in his Facebook page as profile picture without our permission which is illegal. We paid for photography but never got photos. They're very unprofessional.
