5.01.2/I hired Kusum Group for my Engagement and Pre-wedding shoot. Extremely disappointed by the service that I got. I was allured by the reviews in this website. But now I regret. The photographer was polite but definitely inexperienced. During my engagement ceremony both the families gathered and we had some memorable moments. We took so many pictures in group. The event was very special as these things happen once in a lifetime. After paying all money when I got the pictures, I was shocked to see that more than half of the pictures were missing. All the pictures with our family and friends were missing. When I asked about this to the contact person (Mr. Avinash Patra), he delayed the entire thing for a whole month and finally said that the photographer might have not saved the photos or have deleted them as they were not good. Now the question is, if the photos were not good wasn't that the photographer's job to say that and ask us to pose once again? The event was "once in a lifetime" event and it will never come back to us. I really feel cheated right now. I trusted them by seeing the good reviews in this sight and paid the whole money in advance thinking they are professionals. Now when I read those reviews, I think they are fake. Its because one of the reviews says that they have a wide variety of cameras and cameramen. It also says 'sufficient photographers as per your requirements'. Why on earth will a review be like and advertisement? The other reviews are definitely fake. I feel ashamed of myself. Highly disappointed.
